Frequently Asked Questions: Are you a manufacturer? Yes we are a manufacturer with all in-house production facilities, we are manufacturing figurines & Garden animals for last 45 years. We have started manufacturing art metal wares in 1970 in Aligarh (UP). In 1985 we have shifted from Aligarh to Moradabad & started supplying in the local Indian market. From the year 2002 we have started exporting our products worldwide.
What production methods do you use? We use job production & batch production, Our main specialization is in sand casting where we cast figurines & animal sculptures in materials like brass, bronze & aluminium. We also manufacture sheet metal, wooden, cane, stone & wire handicrafts.
What are your main products? Our main products are statues, nude figurines, animal sculptures, religious sculptures, planters, flower vases, sleigh bells, urns, Christmas decorations, wall scones, candle stands, pillar holders, candle snuffers, fire screens, fire pits, wrought iron handicrafts, garden furniture, lamp base, garden decor products, home decor products, decorative platters, Life size animal & human sculptures, baskets, bowls, serving trays & other Indian Handicrafts.
Can you customize our existing products or can you develop new products for us according to our given designs/sketches/samples or pictures? Yes this is our major speciality. We can customize all your existing products according to your required changes. We also develop new products via clay modelling & wax modelling. After completing new product development we take approval from you & than proceed with the bulk production.
Do you ship worldwide? What shipping methods do you use? Yes we ship our products worldwide; we ship small shipments up to 500 kgs via AIR. We have accounts with all major service providers like FedEx, DHL, UPS & TNT. We provide attractive shipping quotations to our clients & also offer Door to Port & Door to Door delivery options. We ship all bulk cargo via sea freight in 20 & 40 feet standard & HQ containers.
What is your order & delivery lead time? Lead time is totally depend on order quantities & delivery ports, Generally we finish production of 40 feet container volume orders in 45 to 50 days.
Is there any minimum order quantity (moq) I have to order? Yes every product has its minimum order quantities; we produce only in bulk to assure minimum prices.
Do you refund for defective goods, breakage, theft or loss of goods? We are only liable for manufacturing defects; In case of any manufacturing defect found in the products we send new pieces in any of the next shipments free of cost. After shipping the products we will not be liable for any theft, breakage or loss of goods. We advise to all our clients to ask us for insurance of goods to avoid losses due to the above circumstances. Refund will not be made in any case.
What are your payment terms & what payment methods do you accept? 50 % Advance at the time of placing your order & balance before dispatching the goods. We only accept Bank wire transfers.
Are you associated with any government trade promotion organizations? Yes we are a member of Export promotion council for Handicrafts (EPCH) & Export promotion bureau (government of Uttar Pradesh)
